There is no contact form — every “Email Our Team” or “Call Us” button simply opens your own email or phone app. Because of that, this website itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you.

The only personal information we receive is what you decide to include when you email or call us directly — for example, to ask about our services, request a quote, or apply for a role. This may include your name, contact details, company name, and, if you are applying for work, your CV and the details in it.

- evaluate a job application, if that is what you sent us; and
- route your message internally, including to the relevant company within Help Professionals Group, since our published phone number and email inbox are shared across the group.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep an inquiry or application only for as long as reasonably needed to act on it or to meet a legal or accounting requirement, and dispose of it securely afterward.
