    Our recruitment group sources and endorses qualified candidates against your specification, with enough buffer in the pipeline to cover attrition or an added requirement.

  3. Client Feedback

    You review each endorsed candidate and return a pass or fail before any offer goes out.

  4. Job Offer & Orientation

    DSSI extends the offer and runs orientation, so a candidate arrives on site already briefed.

  5. Deployment

    The team is placed on your site, with DSSI continuing to manage the account from there.
